I am so impressed with the service I received from the staff here. I only stayed here for 1 night but I had a check-in request and the manager contacted me directly without delay and arranged it. The reception staff were polite to me also. I found my room really spacious and clean. The water in the shower was hot with great pressure. The view from my balcony was amazing! I am definitely going to stay in this hotel again. Teşekkürler 🙂

Location is perfect. Prices are reasonable. Staff are very helpful and supportive. Only problem is that cars are not allowed in the street so at night we have to walk to the hotel carrying our shopping bags.

Photos are not true, everything is very old and smoky, although the room was not for smokers. The room is VERY dark, there is no normal lighting. For 4 days they did not clean, the toilet constantly leaked and was noisy. There were someone’s underpants in the washing machine, the electric stove did not work, there were no pots (why do they if the stove does not work?). On the first day, they stole money from SAFE, and said that this could not be (before that we had the recklessness to ask how the safe works, and at the reception we were told that the safe can be opened with a key, which is also available at the reception). Having put the money in the safe and counting it, we went for a walk. And after 2 hours they were no longer there (we are almost sure that this was the person with the reception from whom we asked about the safe (it works after noon and before midnight)). The owner of the hotel did not help us, thereby showing his attitude towards tourists. I do not recommend it.
