The worse experience, the only positive is it's new and conveniently located. Besides that, terrible service, basically unexistant. Lots of noise, I could hear the above neighbour throwing up from his hangover, many young people, and you can't ask reception to do anything about it, because it's nonexistent. The heating in the bathroom was set way too low, and again, couldn't ask reception to come fix it. They recommend you an app to leave your luggage, it's a scam, don't use it!!! Leave your luggage at the central station instead, for 4€. The room had nothing to do with the pictures. Never again, I felt robbed, 200€/night. Deeply disappointed.

Location is brilliant. The whole compound and room is accessed by way of a unique 4 digit code sent ahead of time via email. Phone support was also great when I had an issue (not caused by the hotel). The room was generally brilliant, and clean. The bed whilst generally comfortable had that weird 'indent'/sagging which is quite unpleasant. Though Im sure specific to my room, the only light for the main room was right in the corner and fairly dim. This made the whole room feel dark, especially in comparison the brilliant bathroom. Personally had no issues with noise from neighbors/doors.

Convenient location, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The hotel has its own parking, but there is no signal. I had to approach to the entrance to get signal in order to open my email and see the entry code. The room is clean and comfortable, well equipped with a coffee machine, microwave and utensils. However, a ventilator in the room would be appreciated, especially if you stay there in summer.

Door closing mechanism are totally wrongly adjusted. All the doors (main ones and apartment ones) close tremendously hard, slammimg extremely loud and shaking walls all the time. It is not a tabacco/smoke free hotel. Guests are constantly smoking in the courtyard, and the smoke goes directly into the rooms right away. You can't even if you open a window for a few minutes without the smoke smell. Both things are easily and logically fixable. Other than that: great location, nice rooms, mostly clean.
