A little hard to find the place, look for Lip apartment sign when you get close to the hotel. No front desk. We happen to run into the guy when we arrived. There is a number to call, but we didn’t need to. Close to tram station, but takes about 30 mins to central area. Apartment has 2 supermarket really close by. Has everything you need to cook. The coffee maker was dirty with mold. Everything else was reasonably clean for us. No air conditioner or fan. Could be loud in the morning because it’s right next to a auto mechanic shop. There is a small parking in the back.

Update. January 2022. Room was very dirty. Kitchen was really in a very bad condition. Drawers dirty inside, walls derty, I didn't want to use kitchen and I didn't. I bought extra lights for the room. Room was really dark and cold. Very disappointing. I'm really sorry... Only size of TV at room is good. Update. March 2023. Not all rooms are the same... Lights are still week... Kitchen is poor with the minimum of supplies (one plate, one glass) very small TV (20" I guess) Very poor WIFI. And better don't look under the bed... I don't want to upload photos...

This place is a rip-off. You pay incredibly high prices if there is an event going on, but you get bad quality nevertheless. The place is dirty, the room small, in my case the refrigerator was not working and the kichenette poorly equipped. But worst was the fact that the internet is not working if your room is in the far end. Let alone the nearby main road and the unpleasant environment in general which is far away from the city. If it can be avoided, look for something else. Also note the owner is available just a few hours, so if you have a problem, there is nobody to turn to
