This is not a good place to stay at. On my first night, there was no cold water in the bathroom. Only hot water. This meant I wasn’t able to flush the toilet or take a shower. The oven was filthy. The floor was full of dust. The shower had mould and the shower door is difficult to open once you’re inside. I was scared I’d get stuck. The director was super rude and unwilling to cancel the remaining nights. Her only concern was to keep the money that I had paid. I would highly recommend to be cautious about this place. The staff were unprofessional and clearly untrained on how to handle situations like this.

Very acceptable, comfortable and well decorated apartments. Poor control of the room, it is not controlled if it is occupied and the cleaners enter without knowing if it is occupied or not.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, THEY ARE INFORMAL AND SHAMELESS, THEY HAVE NO PROFESSIONALISM, SINCE THEY DO NOT SHOW THEIR FACE IN THE FACE OF THE PROBLEMS. The day before our arrival (we were in Coimbra), I received a message canceling the accommodation we had booked in May, I sent them another message saying that we had not canceled anything, that they should please book it again, we did not receive a response, neither to that message nor to the others that I sent them in the following hours, they did not give me any explanation of No guy, we called them on the phone and as soon as I said who it was they hung up on me, then they didn't answer the phone directly, the reservation was through Booking, they offered me 3 alternatives, which were worse, 2 about 8 km away and another in a room with a shared bathroom with who knows who, we were going with our 2 children, we had to take care of booking something else from one day to the next, twice as expensive as what they canceled for us, since we had booked it since May, and in August There was almost nothing left, and what was left was very expensive.
