If you are looking for a 5 star room, this is not for you. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. The A/C blows cold. The breakfast was average, a typical mix of pastries, juice, coffee, cheese and deli meats. Enjoyable but nothing memorable. The real standout was the service and the location. The staff were awesome, a smile and friendly hello every morning and all through the day. And this is one of those places that feels 5 minutes from everything...and it basically is. Next time we are in Rome we will see if they have rooms available

I found a blood stain in my sheets! And my AC remote’s battery was out for an hour before they fixed it .. also, wifi was not working Their service time ends at 8 which is very inconvenient.. I couldn’t find someone to take out my bags after checkout

Great small boutique hotel, next to everything. Breakfast in my opinion is below average and for 170-200 euros per day, they definitely need to upgrade it. Avoid rooms in the Breakfast area as loud voices will wake you up. It was freezing cold and the air-condition was not enough. I chose the suite which I have to say the water pressure is bad in the sink. The room big enough for 2. Wifi is amazing

Booked the Queen Deluxe room for a night through an external booking platform. Fortunately having to do the check in after 16:00 I could do a self-check in with perfect instructions sent by email in advance. Very nice personalized welcoming instructions :) I loved the slow music and the smell in the breakfast room and the clean and beautiful room. All was perfect, comfortable bed and pillow, hot water, loved the shower products (I know the brand and I like it very much). I don’t have breakfast, but I saw it in the morning when I left (and the guy in charge for the breakfast that was very smiling and polite offered me a coffee) and looked super good. Hope to find it available again for my work trip because the area is very good for both tourists and to easily get a taxi for the office

Diamant... to stay... in between the major attractions of Rome. A new concept to me.... somewhere between an AirBnB and Hotel. Very helpfull staff. Clean and nice room with unique features. We had a room at the backside... nice and quiet..get out of your room and be suprised. No problem for me and should not be for others... The few and small disadvantages do not weigh against the advantages. Recommendable.
