We are a group of 5 Singaporeans who booked 3 Deluxe Suites for one night stay with Liv Weibdeh in Sept 2023. Two of our suites were upgraded to Family Junior Suites. The upgraded suites come with a separate bedroom, hall, dinning room and a pantry. The interior is spacious, newly renovated and well equipped. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset view over the citadel from our hall. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops that are within walking distance from the hotel. It is very safe to walk around. The suites are quiet even though the hotel is well located among amenities and the beds are comfortable. This area feels more authentic than rainbow street. The location is also much better than Movenpick Amman where we stayed earlier on in our tour of Jordan. When we left, the owner/managed came out personally to send us off with well wishes. The service quality of all staff is good and hotel guests can enjoy a simple breakfast. Definitely good value for money and we highly recommend this hotel

I visit Jordan regularly and wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city for a change and Weibdeh was a great alternative. Many cafes and galleries are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is charming. The problem I had was that the AC wasn’t working in the first couple of hours in my stay and when they finally operated it, the temperature was warm and I couldn’t decrease it because they lock the AC control. The next evening after a couple of hours of nagging, they switched me to a different room - which is something I suggested since the first evening. When you’re in the city for 48hrs to get some work done, spending 4hrs of that time trying to resolve the AC issue with the receptionist isn’t ideal. Perhaps they need customer service and problem solving training? By the way — if you can only sleep when the room is pitch black, you might want to reconsider this hotel,, I have included a picture of the AC screen that lights up the room at night, and it doesn’t turn off. Other than that, the hotel room is equipped with a kitchenette for ones who are on longer stays or traveling with children. Rooms are spacious.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is extremely convenient, although Paris Square can be noisy on weekends. The staff is remarkably kind.
