We stayed at the Iconic Appartment. The location is great and flat really cute. Perfect for Hen Do's. However, you can see that it is in an old building: some walls needs a bit of paint and the toilets don't flush properly. Another negative is the fact that there weren't enough showers (3 showers for 20max guests)

Avoid at all costs. We stayed in the Masonic apartments. It was a very wet day, and we noticed rain was coming in near the window. Later that night, we were luckily in the bedroom when we heard a loud crash from the main living room where the ceiling had fallen in and it was raining into the apartment. Lights exploded and it was a very dangerous situation. The customer service was awful, and we were told we could just go back to sleep. After a lot of protesting, we were taken to another hotel, but were not refunded. Do not stay here!

We stayed in the basement Vault. There is clearly a damp issue, as it smelt unpleasant and our beds were damp. No WiFi, even though it was advertised so we were planning on using it for music for our evening. There was also no warm water for the hot tub. Good location, but aside from that, very disappointing. Given what the cost is for staying there, we would have expected a higher standard.

Supposed to be staying here tonight, got a call from the hotel this morning to say there had been a big flood. Offered to move us upstairs to iconic and new York which we reluctantly agreed. These rooms are pretty ugly looking but I guess did the job but what topped us off was seeing s group of ladies in dresses, clearly guests, going into the vault. Clearly there had been a mistake and double booking and just chose to fob us off..absolutely disgusting behaviour and I will be complaining

Great place to stay right at the top of bold street. Fairly well equipped, however a little run down and tatty in places. Almost everything worked apart from the sound system and the only items we felt missing were a bottle opener and another couple of small amenities. Everywhere was clean and tidy however and perfectly serviceable. For the price we paid and the group we were with, it was fantastic, however we felt it wouldn't of been worth the full un-discounted price. Overall a very good nights stay that I would recommend!
