I first booked Liverpool Stays via Airbnb, and when I later saw their 2.2-star Google reviews, I felt like I'd been totally cheated! However, after a 6-night stay, I'm convinced this place is a solid 5-star experience. The room sizes are spacious for what you pay, and the bathrooms are top-notch. The kitchen and living area are loaded with all the appliances you could need. Customer support is also excellent, always available on the phone to assist with any queries. Plus, the location is prime with loads of shops nearby. I've had an awesome time here and would highly recommend it, regardless of those misleading low reviews!

Tiny room which was like a sauna. Bed seemed slept in. Was bitten twice on the first night so we stayed elsewhere and left half our luggage there for rest of our planned stay. Still waiting for damages deposit after 4 days. Worst place I’ve stayed and I’ve done tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Waste of money!
