I‘ve been staying 1 week hier. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are clean, been cleaned daily, everyday water in a bar for free, breakfast was also good. There is also near a supermarket Penny, what also quite comfortable to grab something. However, 1 week I didn’t sleep at all, very laut. It’s doesn’t matter which floor, you hear left, right, above and under you - everything. The location is fine, but you still need to walk a bit to the underground and quite often change. The gym is only one equipment, so it’s not really gym.

Just finished my first night in Living and hoping my experience gets better. Living is a crowded place. I expected a small studio, but the kitchenette is really small. Internet connection often breaks. Breakfast ends at 10, even on weekends. When I went there by 9, it was already so crowded, I had to stand queue at the entrance, just to be rejected when it was my turn. They simply had no space left to sit.

Lovely hotel! I want to stop here again on my next trip. Spacious and very quiet room. Excellent, very varied breakfast. Very close to the centre, yet very quiet neighbourhood. The windows faced the street, and I slept comfortably all night with the window open. Next time I visit Munich, I will stay here.
