We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and offered a stunning sea view that made each morning special. The inclusive breakfast was a real treat, with a diverse selection of delicious options. What truly set this hotel apart was the friendly, kind and helpful personnel, particularly Efe, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Unfortunately, it was not my kind of hotel. The room we stayed in was nice. There isn't a pool, no garden, no where to relax unless you have a balcony. It is situated on a very busy main road. A plus is it situated opposite a plush restaurant. It was booked for me as part of a package deal. Fries/ chips are not ideal for breakfast along with the flies. They need some net covers over the food.

Poor breakfast. I had a room with window to the stairs. Light was on for 10 secs, shuts down for 2 seconds. Again 10. Reception told us that is the lights behind the lift🤫 and they can not call the lift service. I had to sleep with such a light, all night. I can not recommend.

Rooms sold under false pretences... We had booked 2 standard rooms with sea-views and queen beds as stated in the description. On arrival, we discovered that the rooms were on the side of the property - one overlooking metal extraction chimneys from a restaurant and a Bike shop sign. The other room was towards the rear of the property with a view of a roof and chimney. We were told that the standard rooms had NO sea view and that expedia had provided the wrong information!!! As the hotel was full due to us and other people attending a local wedding we had nowhere else to go. The owner did not want to understand or engage with us and walked away. On arriving to our room, we found the air-con NOT working and the temperature well into the high 30's degC. The in-room safe was unable to lock away our valuables. The fridge had not been turned on and the water inside was warm. The bed was NOT a queen bed as advertised - just a double. There was no vanity light over the sink in the bathroom - just bare cables (my wife was unable to do her make-up). There were hairs around the toilet seat and splashes of something greasy on the shower-glass and the bathroom door inside and out. The floors had NOT been swept and it was generally dirty. The bath-towels smelt musty. The only benefit of this hotel was that we were able to park the car off-road. All-in-all this was a very disappointing experience for us and our friend. Expedia needs to contact the hotel and get explicit pictures/information for each and every room category.
