I love this hotel. I have stayed here several times. Perfect location (close enough to the bars, but not too close that the music drives you mad). Baht bus loops past the entrance, so easy to get home after a good night out.

Big rooms but dated, inexpensive, and in a quieter area. There are plenty of good Thai and Indian restaurants in and around the hotel. As well as massage, 7/11, and nearby fruit markets. For Western food, you will need to travel. It's on the soi Buakhao Baht bus route, so Western food, Gogos, etc. easily accessable. 1 km walk to beach road, soi 7, ect. Guest friendly

Nice hotel and staff are freindly and helpful. Good location. Great value for money. I have stayed here several times and will use them again without hesitation

It gets better as you stay more. Last time was six nights. Deluxe room. Second floor. This time booked a standard and was upgraded to 2 a junior suite. Request for early check-in was fine and only 500 baht extra. WiFi can be an issue. But have had excellent service and the staff can be very good. Offered to relocate me. I suggest for all you who have a less than nice experience. Be nice. It gets you everything. Extra pillows etc. 22 nights stay and Agoda rates makes it about 20,000 baht for a month. Have stayed again since original reviews. NEVER again. Had expensive jewellery stolen from safe secure storage area. Management did not respond for a long time. Finally brought the Police in. Still a waste of time. The management suggested that my partner of 4 years probably took it... untrustworthy staff and management. No video tapes available. No Police report for insurance. Definitely the lower end of the LK hotels. Cheap, and nasty.
