When arriving to the hotel by car didn't find any parking space. One guy standing in a private phone call, so thought is was a customer. Anyway it was the hotel guy. He told there is parking in the garage, and only one place that was blocked, so moved the gate and parked there. After they asked to move the car... But no parking.. The guy don't care about customer and should be fired..

Great hotel. Very close to bars restaurants and late night life. However very nozie area until 2 AM in the morning.

Aging hotel. Nice, but no longer a 4-star hotel. Although the staff is friendly and the location is great.

Great location, cleaning staff were amazing. Dated hotel and in need of a refurbishment, e.g. the shower head had no attachment to stick to the wall. The rest of the staff stay out of your way, unless you need them and they were helpful. I had a weird flying bug infestation, first night they came up and sprayed and cleaned up straight away. The second time it happened they went all out to fix it. Took then ages, but in fairness I never had the problem again. At check out, they were a bit unreasonable, I had stayed for nearly 3 weeks and was asking for an extra hour as they weren't anywhere near full occupancy. The lady was very grumpy, borderline rude. Also I tried to book a taxi to the airport, the lady said I had to do it downstairs. I was thinking fair enough they will flag one down so no need to book. When I got down stairs it took 40 minutes for them to order a taxi. Order a bolt yourself, don't rely on the staff to sort the taxi, as you wait longer and pay more. No room service, I assume they do food, but it wasn't obvious where. 7/11 outside, and I had food delivered no problem. All that said I would probably stay there again.
