Second hotel booked by my sibling. Entrance requires a code; elevator is finicky; front desk reminds me of dormitories but with nicer staff. Hotel room is very decent. There are frescoes partially covered on the ceiling. Room is beautiful and large but it can be noisy because of the road. I really like this hotel a lot because of the attention to detail of our room. Food is decent- toast, croissant, coffee of your choice and juice.

The location of the apartment was close by to the Trevi fountain, Colosseum and the Spanish steps. Many restaurants nearby. Air conditioning works well. Very clean. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Erica was wonderful. She greeted us and explained everything to us about the room. Flora was a pleasure to speak to also. She definitely prepared us a beautiful and fresh Italian breakfast. They all spoke English. I would recommend this place.

The room was excellent and you get daily cleaning, breakfast is also really good, it's really close to termini station so I think it's a good place to stay if it's your first time in Rome, Ericka and her staff were lovely would stay there again if I come back to Rome!

Could hear everything that went in nearby rooms, no insulation to buffer sound. Also near busy intersection and could hear traffic noise! Windows not updated to buffer. And shower was rusted, couldn't get shower head to function, could only use smaller hand held shower head! Free continental breakfast consists of packaged toast, yogurt, croissant. Also orange juice and coffee. The coffee was very light! Tried it different ways each day and still nearly no coffee! Was milk with a hint 9f coffee or water with a hint of coffee. If you drink coffee be prepared for this! lol Even asked for double shot of coffee and still couldn't taste it! This, from someone who is teased abouts wanting some coffee with my cream and sugar! So seriously, this is no joke! Huge disappointment in the coffee, latte, cappuccino area! Friendly guy and I assume it was ran by a couple but they were not there in the afternoon, evenings other than check in. If you need something get it in the AM when they are there! Beds were hard but not lumpy. Pillows were super flat so you'll need two! Price was decent, location was ok. Decent rates, felt secure. Restaurant next door if you want something close.
