Had a reservation and once we arrived to the apartment no-one was there. After finding their phone and calling them we where informed that the apartment was "overbooked". Basically we were homeless in New Year's Eve with a suck baby. Instead of an apology and an alternative accommodation we got insulted and screamed on the phone. AVOID!
