Room is not too big or too small and clean. Hotel area is good. No elevator. Locate near airport. It good to short stay for transit. One thing that make me decide to reduce score is service mind of front staff that she do not respect guess (me). When I do check in process, I ask tax invoice then she said I book via Agoda so Hegel cannot give invoice to me, I have to direct request to Agoda. Actually by tax law, hotel have to provide invoice to customer. And I saw this message in Agoda website. After she told me I explain why you have to provide invoice. Suddenly, she said, if you do not accept her messages, you can cancel booking. This is the way that people in service business should do? So I blamed her by told her she could not say such words with client. Finally she ask me to talk with accounting manager. After discussing with Accounting Manager, she will find the way to do invoice and contact me later.

Irish couple travelling through for the night on our way to Koh Samui. Wanted to stay close to the airport for a reasonable price, which we did. But a couple issues I noticed that'd put me off staying. 1. Nothing to do in the area 2. Pool closes early (we only booked it for the pool to relax by for the night) 3. Tripped walking in the door to the room and the bathroom because there was a step that was not obvious. 4. Bare minimum in the room (that's fine it's a budget hotel, bring your own toiletries) 5. Door didn't close properly, so valuables aren't safe in the room. (No safe, but the door has an alarm to remind you to close it) 6. Literally no soundproofing... Could hear other guests whispering in the halls. Woken up several times in the night. 2 ⭐ because above... Only good points in my book... 🅰️ Cheap 🅱️ 7 eleven right outside the front door

I Stayed at loft 202 for one month. Everything was great from the clean and nice designed rooms to the friendly housekeeping and receptionist staff. They have a pool as well which was great, as well as a gym that the guests can use, plus Muay Thai sessions for guests. The hotel is well kept and clean and the Chiefs food is also very nice. Additionally, it’s a close taxi to near shopping malls and there a couple restaurants in a short distanced walk. With a 7/11 just around the corner. Would highly recommend, will be staying here again

Beautiful building, evidently newly renovated, beautiful mix of concrete and block work with timber and metal furniture. The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond to help us here. The rooms are super, spacious, clean, comfortable and have TV, fridge etc. The shower is great as well as fge in room air conditioning. We had a ground floor room so easy access to the pool, which is a great size with a kids section. Sunbeds and outdoor seating as well as indoor seating available. Breakfast is good, unfortunately the restaurant isn't open yet but is due to open very soon. Super close to the airport so very convenient. It is a little bit out of the city but a taxi or public transport will get you there easily. I would 110% return here if I come back to Thailand.
