Staff are super friendly as always. Great service. Rooms are good. BUT!! the only downside, the food (dinner) isn’t great. Visited twice and both times, dinner wasn’t up to standards. Great getaway to just relax.

Towels, bed sheets and pool mattresses are filthy dirty covered in stains. WiFi didn't work. The place is full of kids so not suitable for couples who want to relax. Service is hit or miss, sometimes decent sometimes not so much. The diving shop was closed all day for no apparent reason, we couldn't get any snorkeling gear. Overrated.

Came here for a work trip with colleagues. Friendly atmosphere staff are very friendly facilities are nice. Great views food is good . TV signal drops I asked twice for someone to check my TV and did not get any feedback in the form of a note. No wifi or if there is one I didn't know. If you're adventurous outdoorsy you would enjoy it. Good spa also available

We had such a lovely weekend away. Whilst I don't want to complain can't say the service was the best in Australia and Oceania as they claim...they could learn few easy tricks from Bali. That being said, the staff were friendly when you found them and they did resolve any concerns. I will give the Spa staff 5 stars best massage and facial...the iced lemongrass tea my new favorite!!! And special call out to Beverly who served us at dinner..she is so nice and very attentive..made our night special plus the next day when we ran I to her on leaving...will definitely go back.
