My partner & I had to cancel due to a family emergency. We got in touch with the owners of the Hotel who told us no way of getting a refund on the $1100 that they took out of our account 2 days after we sent them an email cancelling the reservation. Terrible customer service, I’d highly suggest to never stay at these apartments especially with an owner who has no remourse.

Magnificent views. Quality of the furnishings towels bed etc first class. So close to town boats and cable car. Planning a return as soon as possible.

Nice view from the second floor. Log in your Netflix account and watch movies while the picturesque view is right behind you. Laundry cost 4 nzd each, and same for drying. Snowboard storage right next to reception.

Stayed here for a ski trip with family. Perfect location close to the ski resort bus stop, the medical centre and the heart of the city. We stayed in the split level 2 bedroom apartment - it was perfect with a great view of the mountains. Very clean and well maintained with modern facilities. Lauren was exceptionally nice in giving me a lift to the medical centre when I couldn't walk, and the reception is very attentive and helpful with all our needs. Will definitely stay here again whenever I visit Queenstown!
