I had a great time at the London Boutique Hotel in Moldova. The people at the front desk were super nice and helpful when I checked in, which made me feel really welcome. The hotel itself is really cozy and nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and comfy, which was great. It is near the city center and a walking distance from downtown. The only thing I think they should improve is having an iron available for guests. I needed one during my stay, but they didn't have one I could use. But apart from that, I really liked the London Boutique Hotel, and I'd go back there and recommend it to others.

I arrived at the hotel at 06:30 am. Reception Vlad informed me that my reservation was canceled due to payment problem. I told them that there was a limit on my card, but there was no cancellation message in the booking app, and we are in contact with your hotel via WhatsApp, why didn't you write? I said I could pay now, Vlad said there was no room available. I told them that I would share this situation with booking and write a Google review. Vlad told me that if I cancel my booking app reservation, he will give me a room. I canceled it to avoid further discussion. Sometimes, when I went to the reception desk to ask questions, he would give one-word answers without standing up and showing that he did not want to talk. He didn't even tell me my room number properly and I went to the wrong room. I ordered water to the room and they brought it. Then I ordered wine and Vlad informed me that they could not serve wine to the room. One day later, the responsible person, Ms. Ebru Olga, informed us that we could order wine to the room. Vlad is someone who does not treat hotel customers well. Ms. Ebru Olga sent a bottle of wine to the room as an apology, she is a very polite and professional person. I would like to thank Ms. Ebru Olga for her hospitality
