YOUNG VOICE is kids school event. Parents like myself with ORDINARY INCOME coming here to support the kids. The night spoiled after hearing PARKING cost £40 for event. UNFAIR AND SCAM I managed to exit and parked in PARK 2 and paid the normal price £11 for three hours. DO NOT GO FOR EVENT PARKING. JUST GO for shopping and spend £35 inside and get free parking from customer service

Paid for a disabled space - spaces were small and many others had large 4x4s so it was hard to find a space as many had taken up two. The whole area is being revamped so was hard to find the entrance - signs were poor. It was still a long walk to the O2 so if you have problems walking or breathing then you’ll need a wheelchair.

Having circled for an hour unable to find an access point due to the building works, had to get my daughter to jump out and ask for advice. Ended up with a ticket for car park 2, even following this it took an age to gain access due to the build up in traffic and the fact that every car entering car park 2 (single lane access) had to be checked by an inept member of staff. Absolutely shambolic, managers for these car parks should be ashamed. Unfortunately I fear this will have ruined our evening.
