The room is a bit worn off. Probably high time to renovate. Insufficient lighting n power point in the room. The island long bath is nice but impractical, the whole toilet floor is wet after the shower. The only plus point is its excellent location. It's right next to night market n convergent point (bridge) where tourists meet. Excellent view during the night when sampans/boat with lanterns lighted up. Many tourists taking the boats n release lanterns in the river. Boat ride about 15 mins. Just to share if you are travelling via ride hailing vehicle to the hotel, you should enter from the back, see photos. As the hotel front (facing the river) is non accessible by car, it's only the pedestrian n bike/bicycle. The back side address is 18 La Hoi, Hoi An.

Excellent value for money, a very convenient “home base”. The range of food at the breakfast buffet was quite amazing. Once they taught us how to make our drip coffee, it was a perfect way to start the day. All staff were friendly and super helpful. Booking private cars here was roughly the same cost as other quoted prices we saw around town. The pool was nice and cool, a great way to freshen up.

Me my wife and our five and a half month old daughter just had a great experience at this hotel for our two night stay. The credit belongs to the front desk gentleman Bich he went out of his way multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. He also arranged a car to the coconut fields. It's on the edge of Old Town and what a lot of foreigners and visitors do not know is that old town does not allow cars or motorbikes in after a certain hour. However this hotel is located right on the edge of Old Town so cars can drop you off and pick you up just a half block away.

I think this place was great value for money. I loved the location and was shocked how quiet it was inside. Our room was way bigger than we expected as well. I never really understand why people say things like “they were so helpful” etc but the staff here (especially the guy at the front desk) went way above and beyond! We weren’t feeling all that well and he was just so nice and helpful. We’re so grateful.

It would be hard to find a more primely positioned hotel in the old town area of Hoi An! Perfect location to experience the 'lantern city' in all its glory. The hotel is a real retreat, with lovely interior ambience. Excellent breakfast and warm service by all staff. Special mention to the General Manager, Minh - a hard working & very helpful hospitality professional. (TIP: the 1st floor breakfast terrace both great river views plus top wifi strength. Don't let the hit miss wifi reception in the hotel itself put you off, every single cafe/bar has FOC wifi with the passwords openly signposted). Big thumbs up to Long Life Riverside Hotel!
