We reserved several nights during the Christmas season. Although the check-in location was 10 mins walk away from the actual rooms, the instructions were clear and the process smooth. The receptionist gave us the keys and made us fill out some paperwork, but nothing complicated. The apartments are situated in a central area of the city, with spacious and well equipped rooms. Pros: - Location - Calm - Affordable - Well heated during winter - Squeaky clean Cons: - Check-in process (although clear instructions, checking in at another location isn't convenient) - The bed and cushions werent comfortable - The hot water pressure was off.

Perfect location, moderate rooms but the pillows are rather uncomfortable. And there is nobody in the residential area to turn to in case you have a problem, because their office is not in the same spot.

Pros: Lots of amazing great space, great price, and really close to everything (10 minute walk to pretty much everything, great transit location, wonderful restaurants), super cute courtyard. Cons: Had to walk about 10 minutes away to check in then walk back (note: don't come to the actual address, check your email for check-in information), worst washing machine I've ever encountered (Bldg A 4-8) that left my clothing smelling musty and never actually fully drained so I was ringing clothing out and trying to line dry (and then it rained), the Internet works but isn't actually speedy enough to do video conferencing on--I had planned on working which is why I opted for an apartment versus a hotel as I needed my own room for work, and the air conditioning worked to cool the main space but not the bedrooms, so I was having to open the door for 5 minutes every hour while working just to cool the space. I would probably give this a 4.4 or 4.5 if 1/2 stars were an option. I would definitely stay here again if I needed the space. Bring a SIM card or phone plan with lots of data so you can use your phone as a hotspot :)

While I loved the charm and the atmosphere of the courtyard, I did not like how the rooms were not air conditioned. I stayed in the summer where it is very hot In Budapest and air conditioning is vital. I also did not like how the washing machine was not very good. I could only wash a small set of my clothes and they smelled musty once they dried. Unfortunately, I had a lot I needed to clean and the washing machine simply was not strong enough to effectively clean everything. Overall, this place is great for a short stay because the rooms are big and the location is great.

Clean, comfy, in the vicinity from the city center. Apartments are spacious, new, there is a small kitchen with everything you need, washing machine, functional WiFi. When we were there, reception didn't work so we needed to pick up the keys on another location, but it was not so far away. Beautiful courtyard is always a plus, and for a light sleeper like me, I didn't hear anything from the outside. Overall good, no complaints at all, will come back again.
