Surprising hotel to be honest. The size of the room is amazing, AC works super fine and the staff are simply warming. Bed is comfy and the place is clean. It's literally a hidden gem in Jeddah for people who are looking for a comfy, quite and clean hotel near Red Sea Mall etc. I must say, the lovely girl on the reception 'Maria' is an absolute star. The reason for 4/5 stars is because the bathroom and shower are old and need an upgrade.

Unfortunately this hotel is not as good as its rating. Very old rooms that are not maintained well. Service was nice tho.

This hotel is underrated I wasn’t expecting the level of quality and professionalism the staff are. The hotel is very clean breakfast is amazing. So much options in the buffet. Overall I would say it’s excellent service and i recommend this hotel and If i comeback I will definitely see u again.
