Unreal stay at louis villa - is slightly out of town but its much quieter and they give you free bikes which is 5 mins into town! Pool is lovely and breakfast is only 45k. Near to beach and awesome food recommendations from the host!

The best value place to stay in Hoi An! Despite its ‘boutique’ size, you will be pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the spaciousness and breeziness of the location, and it has a beautiful swimming pool. Love the ‘secret’ neighborhood location by the rice fields. Also has a kitchen. Central location between the old town and An Bang beach. Everything works great! Best for independent travelers who have their own bikes.
