Lovina Inn Penuin Hotel is the. 3rd Hotel that I have choose to stay near to A2 food court, BCS shopping mall and Grand Batam mall. This Hotel, room is really very small, there isn't any cupboard and wardrobe and no dressing table. Air cond is weak and TV at only 23'(small). Among BCC Hotel, Batam City Hotel and this is the worst Hotel I have stay in.Location is about the same with all 2 Hotels that I have mention. If you like night movies at BCS mall, walking distance with 3Hotels as I mention. Can save with taxi fare after a midnight movies. Penuin this area can see many Chinese like China town area, you can hear they speak in Hokkien or TeoChew. If you like to feel the locate way of living, it is near the wet market that give good experience and the actual selling prices for locate peoples. Do come to Batam to experience yourself.By the way ,the Batam peoples mostly are kind and friendly.

Bad experience; Given only 1 key card for 2 paxs occupancy. Ask for extra card, need to pay extra INR40000, and is not refundable; Upon checkout, still want us to surrender for both cards!!! So meaning this hotel is charging extra for additional keycard. Need to consider the cost into the room rates; Further to that, both Standard and Superior rooms has no mini fridge at all.. Floor to floor with poor sound proof. Next door closed door can be heard loud n clear. Unable to sleep at night; Overall rating is bad.......
