Good hostel on the main street. Walking distance to 7-11, ATMs, and old phuket town. Stayed in the triple room had no windows. Room was spacious but a little restricting with no windows. Strong internet throughout. Lots of stairs and no elevator/lift made thr jaunt to the room a bit taxing.

Good service, good bed, good pillow, good air con! Nice area to sit outside. Easy to walk to 7/11, food, or bus station. Dorms are on the 4th floor upstairs so if you don't like walking maybe it's not for you. Great place!

I spent four nights here in a private double. My only slight concern was with the lack of space between the bed and the walls on both sides. I had to crawl in from the bottom or walk sideways along the bed to get in it! But everything thing else was all good - comfort, cleanliness, location and WiFi. I was greeted very warmly when I arrived, with offers of assistance. I could catch the bus to Nakhon Si Thammarat from behind the hotel, and there were good coffee and food options nearby for when I didn't feel like walking into town (maybe 10 minutes away). They sold drinks and had a few tables out front to relax around.

I had the worst experience at this hostel. I did check in around 2pm and then when I got into the room, there was no bed’s number or letter. So I asked the housekeeper for clearance. Then I spent the rest afternoon for sleeping. I went out for dinner and got back to the room around 11.30 pm. And when I got back there was a woman sleeping in my bed. Because I didn’t want to disturb her and the other guests, I went to the reception and asked a guy who was in charge (August 25, 2023). He was really not giving me a solution!!! Just ignore me and asked me to moved to another bed which I thought was not clean and WHATT?? I DID CHECK IN FIRST AND THEN NOW I HAVE TO MOVE ALL MY THINGS???????????? I was trying to calm myself, I tried to give him a deal. I moved to private room with a reduce price of what I paid for the dorm bed. AND HE SAID NO AND LITERALLY LEFT ME ALONE!! I followed him to downstairs and fortunately there was a lady (probably has a higher position) and she asked me what’s happening. I explained all to her and she said that I can move to private room and they will reduce the price. But I told her that the reception guy said the opposite and left me with no solution and has no good attitude to a guest!!! 👎👎👎 Problem solved but I won’t ever stay here again!!!
