This hotel has seen better days. The booking was booked through booking.com where it had good reviews. Sadly the hotel was very unclean and in a state of disrepair. The rooms had cobwebs, a large build up of dust and grim and felt as though they had not been cleaned. The sheets were stained and the bathroom was very dirty including a grass hopper in the sink. The pool had a layer of grim on top of the water and rotting fruit from a nearby tree around one edge of the pool. The staff were polite when the cleanliness was raised but this wasn't rectified. In the end, we didn't stay and have been told we will get a full refund.

It hurts to give this place a low rating. At a first glance, this place looks amazing. The pool, the room - everything. But if you look closer it's not that good anymore. The lobby was filled with spiderwebs and dust. It looked like it haven't been cleaned for years. Pool was filled with dust and insects of all kinds. The rooms (which they told us they have just cleaned) was also filled with spiderwebs and dust. The bathtub had a thick coat of dust and a few spiders. I tried to clean it but the water wouldn't drain. The shower hadn't been cleaned either. Long strains of hair everywhere. And only half of the shower worked. Couldnt even flush the toilet. All of the towels and bed sheets had alot of stains. We booked and payed for breakfast. But then we got told that they didn't have any breakfast and they might be able to fix it somewhere else. For an extra cost. We only stayed 1 out of 3 nights. Feels like the owner and the staff has given up and don't care about the hotel anymore. So sad.

As soon as we arrived we noticed that there was something wrong: the structure seemed to be abandoned, nothing to do with the photos and reviews you published and which I trusted when I booked in April 2022 despite them not being so up to date due to Corona Virus. Of the services offered such as restaurant and SPA there was absolutely nothing, the structure was dirty and dilapidated both in the common areas and in the room and managed by 2 men, of which only 1 spoke English, who spent the day sleeping on the sofa in the lobby . The room was dirty, full of dust, cockroaches in the bathroom, the floor made your skin crawl from how dirty it was; furthermore the room was falling apart: the windows could not be closed, broken curtains, exposed sockets and cables, the tub did not drain the water...!! The staff never came to clean or make up the room, we always had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper! Even the common areas were totally degraded: dirty, broken furniture piled up in various corners of the rooms and cockroaches everywhere! We asked where the gym was as described and they took us to an area of the structure where there were some old rusty tools which we had to climb over a passage strewn with rubbish, dirty sheets and personal clothes on the line to reach!!!. All the rooms were empty, but despite this the French windows were always open with the risk of animals entering given the degradation and dirt of the structure and the entire area in which it was located; even the French windows of our room were broken and did not close, with a consequent risk to our safety also considering the people who managed it! Furthermore, I would like to inform you that, contrary to what is indicated, there is no private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas!! Even the breakfast service does not exist, guests are sent to the structure next door and have to pay. Now I have contacted Booking customer support because this is unfortunate that this happens by booking through a renowned portal like this! Thank you
