Only good thing is the location. Found a roach in the room and checked out early. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower tub felt like it was cracking all the time. Bathroom light fixture sitting on the counter not on the ceiling light. Air conditioner blasts you in the face no matter what you try. Staff is friendly enough, but if they ask for a high review if they do something as simple as early check in. Maybe that’s the reason for the high rating on other sites. I would spend $10 more a night for a MUCH nicer hotel down the street

My two day stay turned into a week for visa issues and the hotel were so so nice about it, I kept my same room and there was no rush to pay them. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, my room was great I got the balcony room. Yes it is loud from the road but it’s in the middle of Old Quarter, Hanoi so what do you expect! Perfect location for embassy visits or shopping :) also their laundry service is very good if you need it, use it!

The place is a total dump. They advertise the deluxe room is 20 sq m while in fact it's barely 10. You cannot move in there with two people and luggage. The only window in the room is blocked by a concrete wall. Poor state of locks in the door and window. Easy to break in. Not a good value for money. Avoid.

If i could put zéro start i would do it. The administration of this hotel he really awfull. First of all the manger i have no word except a jerk... ( sorry for the word). I really feel sorry for the people who work there under this administration, they are nice people, truely they really deserve better than this. Again i don't blame the peoples at desk, only the director and manager.
