Our group rented 4 apartments. The apartments were fine. They had everything that was promised. The washing machine worked and it had a drying rack. The big issue was actually getting in. The building needs a key, but that part isn't in the instructions. It suggests all you need is the code in the email, but that's not true. I spoke to the person about it and had to go back and forth the the apartment twice before she simply gave me the keys I needed. Why didn't you just give me then to start? It burned 2 hours of the day and the rest of the group had to sit on their luggage for the duration.

We stayed in the Charming Apartment for 3 nights as a small family. It is a quiet apartment (apart from the traffic in Leipzig!) that is really in a great location! We generally felt very comfortable. However, a few small repairs (for example tightening the screws on the chairs) and a very thorough cleaning (including the corners, which are rarely cleaned in private life) would be necessary again. Nevertheless, we would choose this apartment again next time we stay!
