I definitely had a great time here I rented my place off of the website called VRBO. I ended up, being on the second floor in the very back by the pool. It was very great. The people who I booked my VRBO through was named the tobacco revenue company, and they were very quick to respond to everything that I needed very reasonable people. Also, the front desk was very private. They made sure that nobody came in unless I wanted them to. It was very safe and secure. I even had some friends over for a dinner, and there was no problem getting them in. I obviously think that if you were being rowdy or being super loud, this would be a problem in this kind of atmosphere but if you’re not planning on being that type of person, then you should be fine.. Also, I want to say that it was very LGBTQ friendly and near all the gay bars

Lovely place to stay. Walking distance to great restaurants, bars, markets, the beach. Everything you need. The concierge as you enter is very helpful. Rooftop pool, hot tub, BBQ area. Very clean & well looked after

The condo itself was satisfactory but it is on a very noisy and busy boulevard. We could not enjoy the balcony because of this. Uncomfortable furniture in the living room for long term renters. The property as a whole is well looked after with good staff.

I've been living here for 6 months and THERE IS CONSTRUCTION NOISE GOING ON ALL THE TIME inside the complex. The property managers for some reason allow contractors and remodelers to hammer cement walls for 9 hours straight, making living here a hell. I've complained multiple times to no avail. LEARN HOW TO REMODEL PEACEFULLY OR DONT DO IT AT ALL. The type of remodeling you're doing does not justify the disturbance of peace.
