Loved this special BnB which was converted from some old houses. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are coming by bus, watch out for the colourful Tibetan prayer flags in front of the rooms, then walk down the steps from the bus stop. The host's mother was very friendly and welcoming. We had a very enjoyable stay. There are many trails nearby for people who like to walk / hike.

Very cute little lodge / B&B that offers three spaces to rent out. The one we had was one space with an eye for detail and taste and the owner build most of it himself. The lady receiving us is very kind and helpful and prepared a fridge full of fruit, sweet snacks and even two sandwiches with a sausage (the latter not to be recommended for a veggie, but as we did not communicate this in advance, she did not know). The photos are what it looks like, and the village is cute and close to the hiking trails. Worth a stay longer then only one night!

The room was renovated from a former miner's dormitory, and still retains the old design of red bricks and cement sinks. The outdoor landscaping allows you to see sunlight and koi fish, adding a bit of natural scenery to the room's scenery. The location is convenient and quiet. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Gold Museum, and you can also walk to the old street for shopping. The space in the room is super large. There is a double bed space next to the double bed. There is a small dining table, kitchen, and sink. It also provides a microwave, refrigerator, and pots and pans. The space inside the house has a retro feel but it has been renovated to be very comfortable, making you feel like you are back in your hometown. The pillow is a bit soft and lacks support. I suggest you replace it. The bed is okay for sleeping on, but I’m not too picky about it. The windows were very drafty, so I had to turn on the heater all the time if I was afraid of the cold. Fortunately, the quilt was quite thick and big. Breakfast has been placed in the refrigerator, which is very convenient and will not be disturbed. Hot dog burgers, milk, fruit, handmade pudding, and a cup of coffee are a wonderful morning to escape the rain.

The style of the room is very retro and cute. The hostess is very attentive in preparing it. The refrigerator is stocked with ice water, fruit, and the next day's breakfast (hot dog burger) + milk. There is also prepared ground coffee and black tea bags. The coffee is delicious👍 It is located in an alley and in the mountains. It is very quiet at night. Just walk up a flight of stairs to the Gold Museum (there is a FamilyMart convenience store inside) It’s just that elderly people with bad knees and people carrying medium to large suitcases should be mentally prepared to walk up a flight of stairs😆😆😆
