You pay for what you get. Cheap, but rooms are clean and you have what you need... but dont expect anything fancy. But safe and excellent location. The staff are very nice and open 24/7. If you plan on visiting Paris and don't intend staying long in your hotel. This is the spot. Very close to all cafes and bars in Montemart

Excellent hotel. Stayed in the 402 and room was spotless, with a nice french balcony overlooking rooftops. Clean and cozy, with sparse but functional furnishings. Bathroom was also excellent. Location is good, near Sacre Coeur and moulin rouge, with metro access. Front desk does not operate 24h (and that's expected given it's star rating), but we're very helpful to provide hot water and refrigerator access. Great value for money.

Asked for top floor room so I could have a rooftop view and it was clean and quiet. Great shower. Slept well. I knew there was a spiral staircase to climb when I requested top floor but even after the Paris marathon it was worth it. Owners / staff friendly. Location perfect near bus and metro stops. Brilliant value.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience in a hotel ever. The check-in is at 3pm and not at 2pm as displayed on Agoda’s website, and the receptionist didn’t even tried to make amends. Then, after waiting another hour and missing our plans, at 3pm, they didn’t had two of our rooms ready (we booked 3 rooms), so we were 6 people inside of 1 single room. The room and specially the mattress smelled like smoke and cigarettes, but not in a subtle way you can just bare with, we literally had to spray deodorant to be able to sleep. You can hear every single noise from the other units and stairs. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work, so we had to use roaming during our stay. The cherry on top was trying to go out during the night and NOBODY was at the reception and the entrance door was closed. We rang the reception bell and wait for a long time and nobody opened the doors for us, so we couldn’t get out of the hotel (???). I don’t expect people to speak English everywhere, but just know that nobody speaks a word in English (which is totally fine), but thought it could be important to give a heads up, if you don’t speak French, as communication can be really hard, specially trying to solve those kinda of problems. Stay away from this hotel!
