Edwin, Andrew, and the team at Toronto Lofts are extraordinary. They are tremendously knowledgable, and care about their clients' needs. We made the decision to move out of the city, and Andrew and Edwin were with us every step of the way. Two rate hikes later, in a seemingly impossible market, they lead us with reassurance through the challenging process. They navigated the sale of our loft with confidence and found us our beautiful home. We are forever grateful.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience selling our downtown loft with Edwin and his team at Toronto Lofts. Our loft was previously listed with another brokerage and we had difficultly securing a sale as interest rates spiked and condo prices began to drop in the 2022 market. Once we moved on we reached out to Toronto Lofts for their expertise. Edwin was very helpful from the beginning and provided us with insightful advice for selling in this difficult market and appealing to our unique loft. We appreciated Edwin’s knowledge and experience with the downtown condo/loft market. I was looking for a realtor and spoke to Reece Jacobs today. He was so rude, sleazy and arrogant I was almost in tears. He made me feel like I was low income.. and actually called me that, which I'm not. I make a good salary and living. He tried to steal an apt listing I applied for and didn't listen to my needs at all. If he couldn't help me he just shouldn't have called me. Thoughtless, rude and greedy. Not impressed and very unclassy and unprofessional.

I knew that selling my loft, in the difficult market of summer/fall 2022, wasn't going to be easy; but, the knowledge and experience of Edwin and his team at Toronto Lofts made the whole process a flawless experience. Conceringly, not only did my loft need a lot of work, but I moved out-of-province very early in the process. Edwin's insight and guidance was invalueable for alieviating these concerns.
