It was a great pleasure to stay at Luxx Garden. The acommodation was perfect. The entire staff was very customer oriented and all employees always have a smile on their faces Breakfast is rich, varied and very tasty and terrace is magnificient. We will definitely come back here on our next holiday because the location is placed in the heart of the city. Tesseķüler people from Luxx Garden!

We had a great experience at Luxx Garden Hotel! Our room was super-clean and the staff was simply amazing! Muhammed and his team went over and beyond to help us with everything. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a few minutes away from most of the attractions.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. From SAW airport I took the havabus to Taksim (68 Lira) then a taxi to hotel (100 Lira). Interestingly, the taxi driver relied on Google for directions. The hotel is situated on a tranquil street. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist and staff were amiable. Numerous restaurants and a small supermarket are conveniently located nearby. I booked the ground floor double room, which had space, modern, and tastefully decorated. I particularly appreciated the electronic wall pad that allowed me to indicate my preference for room cleaning. Unfortunately, the safe in my room was locked, so I couldn't utilize it. I reported the issue, but it remained unresolved during my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I slept well but would have preferred a thicker blanket. Being on the ground floor, I experienced a persistent smell of smoke in my room, and an unpleasant drain odor from the bathroom sink. The rainfall shower head was great offering strong hot showers. The room provided complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The small fridge came in handy. There were 2 power cuts, and on the first evening, I ended up showering in the dark. Thankfully, I had a flashlight with me, so it wasn't a major inconvenience. The breakfast spread was extensive with turkish dishes. I enjoyed sitting in the breakfast room, as it was cool and breezy in the mornings. Additionally, there is a taxi stand located at the end of the street. Taking everything into account, I would recommended as you can't beat its location.

Stayed here for a three nights after arriving into Turkey. The staff were very friendly and always accommodating. The room we booked was a double room and was very small and cramped! Very little space to open up our suitcases comfortably. The bedsheets also felt a bit strange and looked dirty. The breakfast buffet spread was fairly good with a few hot options and lots of baked goods. The location of the hotel is also very good, being in Sultanahmet and only a few minutes walk to both Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The little area that it is located in has a lot of food options, but they all looked fairly touristy so we avoided them. Overall, despite being a small room, it was OK value for money, the included breakfast was good and the staff were generally quite accommodating.
