Will not recommend to buy for own stay. Mostly people rent to students, foreign or local worker. These people have lower expectations. So they wouldn’t mind how horrible the management is. The management was very horrible before (pool was under maintenance for so many YEARS not months). Now it’s getting better but still not good. Pool is fixed. But a few small small things will take months to fix. For simple example, the lobby door at block b has been out of order for so many months. Maybe they custom made the door from Iceland and couldn’t get the spare part who knows 🤷🏾‍♂️. They recently rent ads space in the lift. Good effort to increase cash flows. Hopefully the cracks and the buttons will get fix. Most likely no. The views are amazing. But please be aware if you buy/rent unit facing the pool, you will also get cemetery view. If you buy block b unit facing “klcc”, the view will be gone in less than 10 years as there will be a new condo build next to it. Most likely you can view the other condo living room only. Block B has a covered walkway to mall. Block A you will need to walk under rain/sun to the mall. The only good thing is it’s close to mall.

+ very close to lrt station + has shopping mall with groceries store downstair, super convenient. + beautiful surounding views! - Public facility poorly maintained. Swimming pool is cannot be used for more than 2 years (see picture), gym facility all broken, basketball ring falling easily from the board. - one of the lift always broke at least once in 1-2 months, services guys always perform their work during peak time (morning around 8-10), so you might expect to wait for 30 minutes to go downstair. - bees come to build their giant nest at least once in a year. Management will take around 2-3 weeks to clear it up. - lamp in the common area like parking lot, or hallway turned off/ broke down (i dont know which one is the reason) many times. - if you're staying there make sure you dont break any rule, because management love to give you a huge fine. UPDATE: - I just lost RM 100 to the management, because they decided to change all access cards, and decided not to accept any previous extra cards for exchange. Perfect missery for all resident :)

Cosy home, big rooms, nice and simple interior, easy access to LRT and mall with everything i need. The mall is simple but quite alive even during MCO. Elevator is working fine, guard is around but the JMB really needs to tighten the security Update 2021 Sept: The JMB has changed to a new company in 2021, improved and now everyone has a new access card and swimming pool is restored but canot go in yet cos covid.☺️ Tak sia2 bayar maintenance fees yg mahal😅 Keep it up! Yang complain takde access card tu u guys need to check with your greedy owners/landlords. Bayar maintenance pun tak mampu ada hati nak jadi property investor. If youre planning to rent here please check with all the houses here. My friend overpaid her rent by RM150 for the same exact room except mine has aircond and hers doesnt

I have been renting a unit here since July/Aug 2020. Over 2-3 years ago, yes the maintenance of amenities was bad. Over the years they have improved a lot - swimming pool is renovated (so it's almost like a new one) and now can be used. Access card system is implemented. Friendly guards. The surrounding area is good too - M3 mall is just downstairs, (though it's not fancy, uou can get all the basic necessities), food stall is everywhere, LRT station is just 5min away by feet. Being almost the only tall residency in the area, you get a nice view of open space across the landed house especially the one facing Batu Caves (the sunset is to die for). At night especially, it's very quiet and calming. Overall, it's a good place/area to be in.
