Checked in and intially all looked good. But then in the morning there was no hot water so I couldn't shower. They sent a repair person up with no tools assuring me it was an easy fix, 1 hour later still no hot water. Working with Expedia to find me another property as we speak.

A great apartment offered and managed through Kukun for reasonable prices. At the time of stay in 2023: 80 usd incl. cleaning fee.

I do not recommend it, the service is terrible and they do not respect privacy, when I arrived to check in at 3pm they were barely doing the cleaning and they made me wait 1 hour and a half to be able to enter, as "compensation" they gave me check out at 1pm however, at 12:40pm when I returned from a procedure the cleaning person was inside, without warning, when my things were still there and he was still upset because I used the toilet when it was still within the schedule. If you want to avoid being upset, choose another place. Apart from that there is a lot of noise at night and one of the bathrooms lacks maintenance in the shower.

The WORST experience of my life. The noise is UNBEARABLE 24/7, there are too many clubs and bars on the same street, and basically in that entire area. I paid over $1,000 for 1 week and I regret every penny. The views are horrible, literally to the parking lots and offices of the building opposite. The curtains at the top of the apartment (duplex) only opened 1. Hygiene is disgusting. Hair in the bed, in the bathroom, everywhere. As soon as we arrived we asked about the pool and it was just under maintenance and for an indefinite period of time, they didn't even have the consideration and decency to warn us about this because if I had known I wouldn't have gone. Please don't go to this place to waste your money.
