Stayed here for a couple of days, loved the rooms and private bathrooms attached. Wished service was improved, some foods that were cooked needed materials but the hotel management said they didn’t have any. :( And some rules you had to follow to avoid extra charges. Overall, good place to stay at just need to improve service!!

We had a 4 bedroom 3 floor villa. The room was amazing! The service was not.... when we checked in we were THEN informed of a $250 cleaning fee on top of the resort fee. After we made our way to our room, the key did not work, and apparently all of the 3 floor rooms are right next to the highway. During the rest of our 4 night stay the key did not work ANOTHER time and then someone keyed our car in the parking lot!! Also, the entry gate never was closed during our entire stay.

This property is literally everything you need! This is a top notch property with nice amenities. The units are tastefully decorated. It is very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of seating for large families/parties. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Each unit has a grill and a back porch in case you wanted to have a night in and cook. There are many dining options within a 5 mile radius. The property itself has 1 restaurant. Nice cool and chill vibes. We requested a crib for our party and it was already set up before we checked in with linens included. The front desk staff are super pleasant, polite and professional. They were amazing. Any time I had a question, they answered within 5 minutes through my Expedia app. We will no doubt stay here any time we come to Orlando. Kudos!

It's a bit of an unorthodox feeling. It's not quite like a timeshare but not quite like a hotel. Not all of the staff is knowledgeable about how this place is run, so it can be a bit confusing for first-time guests. For instance, they didn't tell us the restaurant was closed on Monday though we called and asked multiple questions about the restaurant and they advised to call the restaurant that evening when they opened. Which never happened because they were closed. But our stay was beautiful!!! The whole condo/ town home was amazing. Clean,chic, private, so accomadating for a family of 8. We couldn't have hoped for anything better it was fabulous.
