Very dirty. VERY dirty. Not what we were expecting- photos look much nicer than in person. Floors were dirty and looked unwashed. There were actual piles of dirt and debris in most of the corners and spider webs all around the ceilings. The sheets had strange stains on them- even when we asked for the room to be cleaned, the ‘clean’ linen had stains and marks. Towels were old and stained and honestly looked like rags. Multiple bugs including an ant infestation in the bathroom that took over our toothbrushes and 2 of the worlds biggest cockroaches (one that ran across my feet in the night). The pool filters didn’t work and resulted in the pool being constantly filled with dead bugs and debris. The door to the bathroom was broken and didn’t close. Garden areas look overgrown and run down. Fridge did not appear clean either. Although it’s a cheap price, would definitely suggest spending a bit extra to go to a nicer location. Staff seem very nice- no complaints about staff.

Mahe Garden… is place with so much potential but when we stayed it was a bit of a let down. The water faucets in the bathrooms were broken, shower faucet was really stained of the hard water. And probably worse no water pressure on arrival. The fridge in the kitchen made more noise than the airconditioner. The walls and surfaces had allot of stains and dust. The Villa’s could a use touch up and then it would be great again. The employees were very nice and helpful in all our needs. Location is perfect just a 15 minute walk from the Kuta Beach and Board Walk shopping mall.

The villa is in a good position. The hotel need a sign that show where is, because when we arrive we couldn't understand if it was an hotel or just a normal house. We didn't like that immediately after the check in procedure with us still sit at the front desk to wait for the keys of our room the receptionist was chatting on her phone. The villa need renovation a lot of things are ruined like the sliding doors that are continuously getting stuck and have difficulty to close correctly. The cleaning is the worst thing immediately when we arrive we notice it, it looked like they didn't clean between two guests or they didn't clean since the last one.

A nice hotel with a beautiful garden in the heart of Kuta. Basic amenities: comfy bed, toiletries include soap and shampoo (which didnt have any name to identify which was which), there was no hand wash. There was no toilet paper roll holder. We had breakfast for 30k pp. Drop to the airport was for 100k. Complimentary amenities: nothing complimetary. Service: service was good, the staff helped with the cab booking, helped with scooter rental, also they were responsive with our requests. The staff is available 24*7, as one guy came to call us at 3 am when our cab arrived. Location: right in the middle of Kuta, the beach, main Kuta square, airport, everything is nearby. View: just the garden view from the window, no verandah for our room. Suggestion: the rooms toilets are not properly designed, needs a revamp, also the doors have a big translucent window and the hallway light is on thruout the night causing the room to be bright even at night, pls give a curtain for the door as thats a problem.
