Worst experience ever! Cons: - There's no elevator - so good luck if you are have a 23kgs check-in luggage with you. The staff won't even help you with your luggage and speak arrogantly instead. - no air conditioning, - window curtains don't close fully - very unhygienic (the sheets didn't look like they were cleaned). - Bedside lamp doesn't work. - Asthetically depressing half hazardly painted grey colored walls! I never thought I would complain about wall colors of a room, but it probably looks like a prison cell! I was glad I only wanted to stay only for one night, but still I won't recommend it for 31 euros/night! I am pretty sure you'll find better options by just adding 5-6 euros more. Trust me, those 5-6 additional euros would be worth than suffering in this place. Pros: - The only good thing I can say is this room has a private wash-basin.

WORST HOTEL EVER. We got given a room on the top floor, with no lift. Room was very small and very dirty. Rats coming in an out of the walls. Bedbugs, the walls have massive holes. I would never recommend coming here.

This is the worst hotel, it is worse than anything you can imagine. Our room was on the 5th floor, there is no lift. The stairs are full of laundry bags blocking your way. The room labelled really bad, it was dirty, the bedding also smelled awful. It is better to stay on a bench in the station. You will be more comfortable. You can get a much better room for less

The hotel is located in a convenient location, close to shops and restaurants, about 10 minutes' walk from the bus station and railway station, as well as the Main River. There is a 24 hour reception. The hotel is located in a central location, but the quarter was quite dirty, noisy and dangerous in the evening. Communication with the hotel staff is extremely difficult, at one point they stopped even answering our messages before our arrival. Winding stairs and no lift and even though we have small children we were accommodated to the 3rd floor so the pram sat downstairs next to reception. Our room was a good size but only had beds, a TV, a wardrobe and a desk. Even a hairdryer was missing, but it says there should be. One window did not close tightly, there was a big gap and it was quite windy. Although we accommodated 2 adults with 3 children, only 3 towels and 4 pillows were loaded, which gives a bad impression and is an inconvenience.
