Lovely decorated hotel and rooms, definitely my kind of interior design, in a great location close to Gare du Nord, Montmartre/ Sacre Coeur and a short walk to great bars and restaurants in the 9th arrondisement. Staff here were so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was perfect with a choice of muesli or cornflakes, hot breakfast, pastries, juices, coffees, and more. The only negative was the room was bijoux but that's Paris! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again

Weird smell in the room and very dark. I stayed in a classic with terrace. Shower was good once I had cleaned the shower head so the water could come out. The service was friendly but not very good. I ask for an iron and an ironing board but could only get the iron with the recommendation to use the bed as the board. It worked but hardly what I'd expect from 4 stars. It's not bad but not worth the money.

Customer service on 24/01 morning shift (7AM) very poor. (update after hotel response) Did you 'verify' your information, calling the customer (me)? Your statement is incorrect and false. It is also not up to you to judge the quality of your service against clients review.. this is exactly why reviews stand for.
