It is a family friendly hotel, and has one of the most welcoming and friendly staff that I have ever seen. It is set up in a way to help you build good memories in Paris and feel home.

Best experience of warmth and hospitality ever experienced in a hotel! This felt like a home. Flo and Lamya are so welcoming and deserve to have their pay doubled. The location of this hotel is perfect, just near the Arc de triomph and a subway. We walked or trained everywhere. We stayed at this hotel twice whilst we ‘did Europe’. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel to everyone :) we will be back (& can’t wait) :)

Amazing service and central location to transport (Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro) and a street away from the Arc and Champs! We loved our stay here at Maison Elle, their motto is to make sure you feel like the hotel is like home and we sure felt that way. The area also felt safe and lively. Although we were staying in their smallest room it was very quiet and we were able to relax and use their library and multiple seating areas to have a coffee and read a book in between sightseeing. They have water, coffee and tea readily available in the main common area near the front desk and some days there is even cake free of charge made especially by one of their staff. Each cake we had was delicious! All the staff were lovely and very attentive, and I was even kindly given a gift for my birthday which I celebrated on our last day in Paris (thank you Lamya and team for organising!). Would love to come back and stay here again soon.

Visited the hotel once with my fiancé and the second time I booked for her as she had work in Paris. Between the first and second time, it was a completely different experience. While the first was incredible and the staff was so kind, the time she went alone was spoiled by the theft of her hair straightener. After realizing she forgot it in the room she called right away and was told they would check and call her back. The following THREE weeks she called back again and again and the answer was always the same, that they would call her back. Someone even hung up on her at some point. It’s only a hair straightener but the idea of covering for your staff stealing something is just bizarre. Imagine she had high value belongings in the room? It’s sad to know the personal can’t be trusted. Charming hotel nonetheless if you pay attention to your stuff

The most sweet and comfortable hotel I've ever been in! and the location is amazing, just in the center of everything. The hotel stuff genially cares about the wellbeing of their guests and literally took care of everything we needed. The hotel was designed with precision and care, the rooms are super comfy and the lobby felt like I’m in my own living room. I recommend without hesitation!
