Beautiful home in this beautiful city. The apartment makes you feels like you live in Nice while staying there. Great for summer because of air-conditioning as well. Having a kitchen fully equipped (includes a dishwasher) was really helpful if you want to do things more on a budget and cook. It has a big bathroom with a bathtub, big bedroom with comfortable big bed that gets great daylight through tall windows (same goes for the living room area). Great storage and wardrobe to hang your clothes in too. They give slippers which is so useful, and they offer complimentary coffee for cafetiere, espresso capsules for espresso maker, few herbal teas and still & sparkling water in the fridge. Also, it feels secure thanks to the electronic code system to access the building and the room. The team was super friendly, the communication was done via Whatsapp which was efficient. Very close to the tram stop, the main shopping street is like 2 minutes walk, and it is 18-ish minutes walk to the old town/beach. One of the best stays ever, thank you, team! Will be booking this place again for sure.

Tucked in the bustling heart of Nice, just a short distance from the old town and a leisurely 15-minute stroll to the beach, this accommodation offers a safe and secure retreat. However, due to its central location, finding parking can be a challenge in the lively neighborhood. The multiple security codes provided by the hosts for both the main entrance and the room ensure a reassuring level of safety. Although the room size may not be expansive, it is thoughtfully appointed with a comfortable bed, a decently sized bathroom, and even a small kitchen, catering to basic needs. The only minor setback was the water pressure in the shower and drainage issues, which slightly impacted the overall experience. Nonetheless, the delightful lobby and patio area provided additional spaces for relaxation and socializing. The standout feature of this place undoubtedly lies in its excellent customer service, characterized by the helpful and amiable demeanor of the staff, making the overall stay a pleasant and memorable one.

My daughter and I spent three nights at Résidence LaMartine and LOVED it. The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us information on parking and recommended things to do and some great local cafés. They were also very responsive. The apartment we stayed in was fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals. We appreciated that they provide coffee, tea, olive oil, salt and pepper. The furnishings are very comfortable, especially the bed. There are plenty of electrical outlets to charge everything. The Résidence is located close to shops, the train station and is a nice area for walking. Parking is expensive in the area so you might want to consider if you really need a car. We will definitely return! Soon… I hope!
