Amazing place for families and for living in the city close to places you need like restaurants, shops. 300 m from the first business tower, all the amenities close by including kindergarten, schools , shops and everything you need for a good city life. 35 minutes walk to the beach and Marina mall. The best and biggest pool from all the towers we have seen with Sun and no shade all day guaranteed. Great amenities like gym, squash, yoga room, really fancy spa, well sized garage parking. You will not find such place close to the city like the Banyan Tree. We ve lived here a year and we really couldn’t complain

I am not a resident of banyan tree. However, i went here always because i work as a salon therapist. We have a regular client there at this building. Im working here in dubai for 8 years now, and our beauty center have home services. For 8 years i am entering building to building and vilas. However this is the worst security ever i experience. There security there is very rude. Three of them. Very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. I know some buildings dont allow contractions, deliveries, cleaners or any workers to stay at lobby. But this building i am just standing waiting for my driver. The security told me "go out!" How can this establishment hired this kind of people that dont know how to approach people properly. I've been dealing with securities here in dubai for 8 years. But this is the worst securities ever. Rude, unprofessional, and undedicated. Worst securities, reception ever i experience here in dubai.
