Can't speak about other rooms but the single room I had was in poor condition. The carpet was stained, the towel heater control box was cracked. No where to hang toiletry bag except directly over the toilet.

Really enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff, close to transport and places of interest. Breakfast very generous. Rooms comfortable and quiet, and you can still open the windows if you want.

Hotel on a prime location. Room is not to big, but has everything you'll need (bed, safe, tv, table). It is possible to open the balcony doors, but a French balcony (so nothing). Rooms are cleaned everyday an clean towels etc. The metro is 100 meters away and it is possible to park your car in the private parking place. Highly recommend this hotel.

The lady in the front desk Rosie was difficult from the beginning. I booked this hotel as the last stay in France. I stayed at hotels in Renne, Nice and many other parts of France prior to coming to this hotel. Once I got their I had told her my family is really tired since we just flew in from Switzerland. I told her my son needs a diaper change as well. She refused to let us in saying my son (who was 8 months old) was not on the reservation. I understood that it was my mistake, I had told her a previous hotel had told me I did not need to include that information since only children above 2 need to be on reservations. I still offered to cover any further expense if there was any. She told me I would need to wait until she gets confirmation from her director, by this time it was 4:30 pm. I was getting nervous she was going to cancel my reservation and I was going to be stranded. So I told her to cancel my reservation and I would book elsewhere. She refused saying I will need to pay cancellation fees. When I contacted booking.com she twisted the story around saying I used a different credit card that didnt belong to me, it was my wife’s credit card and she was right there with me. I ended up leaving as my taxi was getting frustrated with the wait, I booked at another hotel without this hotel’s cancellation. There are a lot better hotels in Paris, save yourself some grief! I have never given a one star, this will be my first! Im still recovering from the trauma!
