I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience. The room service, particularly in room 51508, was excellent. The staff was prompt, attentive, and delivered service with a friendly demeanor. It enhanced the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. We just checked out. This is the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and they responded in timely manner to any concerns. Our rooms were clean and the people that cleaned were polite, courteous and very respectful. The room was cleaned by Mahbub and Robel. They did a great job making the room tidy and stocked everything for us.
