When it comes to any transit stopover, comfort and convenience are the utmost important requirements for me to consider. The hotel is less than 5–10 minutes away from any places of attraction. It is my safe haven with a friendly price tag. Chic, cozy, and laid back, not only is it very affordable, it’s comfortable and spacious as well. This hotel is perfect for both a short stay or long term stays. A team of staff is always on standby to meet your needs.

The room we're staying in has poor soundproofing; you can easily hear conversations from the next rooms. Despite tolerating daytime noise from neighboring guests on vacation, the thin walls become problematic at night. We unintentionally received complaints for talking while playing cards. It's not about us being loud; it's the room's poor soundproofing. Other than that, everything else was okay. The location is strategic, easily finding food with walking distance to chocolate shops, and it’s a beachfront hotel. If you're a night owl traveling with friends, opt for different hotels. This place is better suited for families.

We stayed in a deluxe family room. The room is spacious and clean. Tap water had a weird smell. Therefore, bathroom air was affected and it could be overcome with an air refreshener. My children were enjoyed playing water slides in the small swimming pool.

Staying in the treehouse was great with beach access and a sea view. However, the constant barking of stray dogs from 3 am to 6 am made the nights uncomfortable. It would be helpful if the management could report this issue to the council office. Additionally, the mattress was too hard and the pillow was too thin, affecting the quality of sleep. While I understand it's a budget resort, it would be wonderful if a better pillow, even if not feather-filled, could be provided to match hotel standards.

No signage in front, even at the counter, no brochure nothing that state that this is Malibest Resort. We gotta make 2 big rounds to look for the building. Lobby very dark and gloomy idk why. The hotel is grand enough for having such open lobby but really, need warmer touch. Night time can hear next door kids running yelling til it's 2-3am. There's elevator and facilities re all new and nice. Good stay if u want a spot right on Cenang Beach.
