Perfectly located next to a metro and bus station this charming hotel is tucked away on a side street. Outdoor gardens, restaurant seating and BALCONIES with bistro sets and lovely views of the busy street. The desk staff were WONDERFUL and so welcoming and when our train was delayed they extended our checkout to 2pm gladly. I was very sorry to leave, it receives my highest recommendation.

The hotel was beautiful. I’ve never had such a big bedroom before and we were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony and such a large space. The staff spoke very good English and were incredibly helpful, couldn’t have asked more of them. Especially Mark who I think was the reception Manager, was particularly helpful in helping us book the restaurant and excursions. The buffet breakfast was also a superb selection and the WiFi worked great throughout the whole hotel and in the room. Location wise walking- this is 5 minutes from Heroes Square, 10 mins from the thermal spa, zoo and circus. In the other direction walking about half hour walk to where the Christmas markets / New York Cafe / chain bridge etc is so great for exploring the city

It was a very nice hotel. Our room was very large (we got the junior suite). Our suite had a bathtub and we got good use out of it. The location was also good, we were really close to the city and the baths. Room service was good too, although we didn’t like how we had to ask for a new door tag each time, instead of them leaving it for us. You have to fill it out for them to clean your room. The room smelled a little bad, like smoke when we got in but we aired it out. Most of the desk staff was nice but one of the women there was a little unfriendly/unaccommodating!
