Lovely staff - huge compliments to the wonderful GiGi in their head offices, she really went out of her way to discuss things and ensure everything was as we needed it to be. Alberto, one of the supervisors is also fabulous, incredibly welcoming and helped us to feel at home here and also compliments to Moe in the on site office who assisted with parking and is always happy to help everyone! We're at the Trafford location; the apartments are modern and chic, incredibly clean and really spacious - brilliant! Gabriella

Absolutely disgusting place, please do not waste your money on this pace, they are extremely discriminatory! If you do not fit their views on traditional familys they will refuse you accommodation after having paid with no where else to go! I am Absolutely disgusted in how they conduct themselves and shocked they are allowed to do business this way. They Cancelled our booking AFTER we travelled from Kent and checked in and after we had already paid, we still await our refund Stay clear of this establishment

We are 4 adults staying for 1 week, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, no dishwashing bead, 4 bedside lamps in the room and 3 are broken！Not recommended！

Horrific sham of a place! Absolutely disgusted in how you conduct yourself shocked you are still open. Cancelled our booking AFTER check in time on the day, leaving us without a place to sleep 160miles from home!! Booked to stay for two nights here THREE WEEKS in advance, coming from London for an event in Manchester. All was accepted and approved, did not get any message informing us that we would need to provide ID. We received an email requesting ID until 3 nights before (which is very short notice as we were not even aware that this would be needed prior to the stay at all) and we sent all ID over the next morning. Did not receive any communication back so assumed all is fine. The next day (so 1 night before our stay) we called the hotel to book a space for car parking at the hotel. We provided our booking number and was asked our ages, which we gave, the person on the phone said thats great, all booked in for us and we can pay when we arrive. The day after this (the 1st day of the stay) we drove up to Manchester, half way along our journey from ldn to mcr we receive an automated email saying our booking has been cancelled as we live within 15 miles of the hotel, baring in mind we all (myself and 2 friends) live in london which is 160 miles away. We called up thinking the cancellation was a mistake and was told nope our booking is cancelled. We confirmed we do not live 15 miles away and then was told that our booking was actually cancelled because we are under 23 years old, which once again we confirmed we are not (and they had our ID so could see this for themselves). They told us they would call us back, and did 30 minutes later and changed their story for the third time, our booking was allegedly cancelled because we were under 25. After pleading with them to allow us to stay there as we were almost in manchester and couldn't find an alternative place to stay, as we had paid upfront for this hotel and wouldn't get a refund for up to 15 days, they said no. Had to turn the car around and drive all the way back to london, missed the event and wasted 8 hours of my time driving!
