We can’t thank MO staff enough for being very attentive helpful and pleasant people. Our stay was exceptional and we were fulfilled. The property itself is breathtaking with great location. Rooms are very clean and their service was great! Rabia, from the booking department helped us over the phone to chose our room category and we can’t thank her enough for her great service. MO never disappoints their fans :)) Can’t wait to return to the paradise bay!

Exceptional service from the moment of arrival. Resort and suite were aesthetic and emaculate. Breakfast food options were impressive although unable to try everything during our stay. Atmosphere was relaxing with the addition of incredible views

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I just loved everything starting from our room till all the facilities and the greenery around. Our room was very big and stylish with an impecable view. Now I would like to point out some thing which we didn’t like. We felt like the staff was trying to upsell us on few ocasión. One of them being in the spa where I had the facial and they were trying to push me for the most expensive one. We had couples massage and then I had my facial. So my boyfriend went and signed off for all our treatments. At the end they billed us for the most expensive treatment on the list and never mentioned anything until we have understood their mistake. The restaurants were all good except Carne. Honestly I don’t even u der stand how this can be called a steak house. Very bad. Other than that we tried all the restaurants and all were good. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was amazing and I personally recommend the kebab tasting platter with in room dining.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Only negatives were 1. We had to change room from 401 to 311 as we felt the sea view was spoilt by the view of the admin block. Poor design. 2. Whilst overall the understanding of English was OK by staff we had too many experiences of misunderstandings. Dinner at Luca by the Sea was painful. One night they refunded our entire dinner as the order was wrong and twice we had to point out errors in the bill. 3. Sometimes staff were so attentive it became annoying, particularly at breakfast and around the pool. They need to be trained not to keep disturbing guests by asking if they want anything
