Thank you for your warm welcome and your legendary services. Extremely luxurious and with a view overlooking the KLCC Park. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and as with the rest of the hotel impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standard. Super helpful and very kind staffs. Hope to go back soon.

This hotel is phenomenal ....to a point. Our room, a family room was clearly decorated 20 years ago. None of this was a problem, but all the power blowing when we plugged in a kettle was a telling sign. The lights flicker, the hot water takes 60 seconds to come through and cockroaches (albeit only 2) in the shower would have me look elsewhere next time in KL

So… understanding all the horror we have in the world right now, I will write a little review about brunch. Mandarin Oriental… Deutz for Sunday brunch… come on. Food… completely acceptable, with a nice varied choice. Service unfortunately went of a cliff at 2:30, 1 hour before closing. In general, you really can’t complain… it basically met expectations… and therein lies the heart of my complaint. MO does not meet basic expectations. Lift the game MO KL.
