My stay was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prompt responses over email. Room was clean and comfortable — felt just like I was at home! Location is excellent if you're working in the area — True Digital Park is a 5 minute walk and has excellent coworking facilities. Lots of fun local food stalls nearby, and if you're looking for a good place to grab a drink, I'd recommend The Glasshouse and Yellow Rooftop. And of course, BTS is nearby. All told, I had a good stay. I would stay here again.

Fantastic comfortable accommodation hidden in a gated residential area. Rooms were I must say, hotel standards. It was clean, cosy and comfortable; it actually felt like being at home. David lived up to his status of a Superhost. He is helpful in providing us with suggestions on where to visit when in Bangkok. Will definitely be back.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Maneeya Park Residence. There is always a security guard at the entrance, making us feel safe. It is located about 30mins from the International Airport and walking distance to BTS. The room is humongous and very clean.

Fabulously appointed and inside a quiet neighborhood, I fully recommend Maneeya Park Residence. I've stayed in the standard hotels closer inside the city and I would repeat my stay here, not there. The sole staff member kept the property in great shape and though my room was regularly made up he largely was unseen - which I consider a bonus. Security was excellent, with your key card opening a gate to the property as well as the front door and your room door. There are cameras inside the public areas of the property and they are NOT hidden so it's not at all creepy. I totally understand the want to keep an eye on the property just in case, especially when they allow you access to a kitchen that has every amenity available. Internet never buffered while streaming YouTube or Netflix, though the TV remote situation needs improvement. The HDMI cable died towards the end of my stay and I left a note about it before I went out for the day. Within 48 hours it was replaced. Can't find any fault in that. Will absolutely stay here again. Though if they don't add a mattress topper (it's so hard!) I'll simply buy one while there. Pillows were awesome. I stayed almost a month and regret nothing.
